Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! If you have any issues with your order please ship your item(s) back to " 1438 Saint Nicholas Avenue New York, NY 10033" C/O concrete stores and we will issue you a full refund. Refundable items do not include the following " Accessories, jewelry of any kind, body suits, hand bags, or under wear garments of any kind". 

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your original order date with all original tags. Garments must be in perfect condition with out any odor.  

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online orders. Simply return your item with the return authorization form provided that came with the original packing slip. Place the pre printed return label over the original shipping label and seal the package or simply place the return in a new box with the return label fixated to the box. Once we receive your item we will credit your method of payment which may take 4-5 business days to show up on your statement. You may order your new item at any point as a separate transaction.
